Every home inspection that we conduct is extremely thorough, and typically takes between three to four hours depending on the home factors. Once the inspection is complete, the inspector will provide the client with a detailed comprehensive report that includes all of the findings. This report includes color pictures of any problems or concerns. We encourage our clients to be present whenever possible to ask questions and participate in the inspection process.
