• Water Testing

When we perform a home inspection the process may take from one and a half hours up to four hours, depending on the home size and complexity. Once the inspector has finished the inspection a very comprehensive report will be printed on site, together with color pictures of any areas that may be a problem. We welcome all questions at any time and will educate our clients on the home condition, as well as any operation and maintenance aspects.
